- Biography: I am avery avid fisherman. I fish four to six times a week. Even if i have just thirty minutes to spare...ill go hit up a local spot. My favorite speciea to catch is bass...particularly smallmouth are my favorite. River smallmouths put up the best fights! And if its not bass fishing season then i am fishing for trout in the mountains. My favorite places to fish are on the Pigeon river, little pigeon river, the holston, the little river, the westprong and middleprong in Gatlinburg, okanuluftee in Cherokee, the Clinch, and any other river in driving distance. I personally am drawn to river fishing more so than lake fishing. I get more out of being in the woods wading in streams than being on a lake.
