Hooking Up Anglers Since 2011.
Lately we have had some very calm"winter" days. Taking full advantage of our fishery and the migration of huge Bull Reds was something we had to capitalize on for sure. Anywhere from 3 miles to 8 miles under the Seagulls and Pelicans diving in a frenzy were the huge Bull Reds on the surface. Their were also hundreds of dolphins feeding on the baitfish below and showing spectacular arial displays. We would ride up to the feeding frenzy and throw either artificials, such as white hogy's, or with the fly we would use a large clouser with sinking line. Both were very effective and we landed some monster Bull Reds anywhere from 25-40lbs. These fish were so bright red in color it truly made the term Redfish stick. It was awesome being out in the ocean and it being flat glass like a pond. I strongly recomend this type of fishing for a charter, it is definately one of a kind and not many people know about it.
