Red Hot Offshore Fishing!!

Ive attached a photo of Bryan Freemans nice wahoo he caught on a Laceration Lure De Broglie. Pretty Work man. Nice FishFishing Offshore continues to stay heated up The boats that went offshore this past weekend slammed the wahoo and dolphin with catches of 5-10 wahoos and and 10-20 dolphins a piece. There were a few blackfins and yellowfins mixed in but not as many as there were this time last week. I think there are still plenty of yellowfins out there, the guys just didnt run as far this past weekend as they did a couple of weekends ago. It sounds like the weather held them back from running as far and the fishing for wahoo and dolphin was good enough to keep them closer. Most of the good fishing sounds like it was right around the The Big Rock too.Inshore fishing is still doing well for sea mullets and bluefish. The water temp is starting to get a little warmer, around 6465 degrees, so I dont know how much longer the sea mullets will stick around. But as the sea mullets move out, the shad will move inand and the cobia will follow. There were a few schools of shad seen just off the beach this past weekend and some of the guys coming in from offshore fishingalso saw some schools as well close to the beach. Hopefully it wont be long until some cobia move in and we can get out there and do some sight casting. Read More
