It is our goal to show you the best experience of your life in Scuba Diving, Charter fishing or just enjoying the Gulf of Mexico, and the Barrier Islands off Mississippi shores.
From enjoying the playful dolphins often seen on our boating trips, or noticing the beautiful Osprey's nesting on the Islands, and Marshes, it is an experience unimaginable. From the Beaches of MS, to the many barrier Islands that are just a short distance out in the Gulf, we know this body of water as the "Mississippi Sound".
One of the reason for the muddy water on the Mississippi Beaches is because of the Barrier Islands that do not allow the Blue and Green waters to flow to the Beaches of Mississippi. The Sound also allows a breeding ground for marine life unparalleled from other coastlines. Mississippi Sound extends from Lake Borgne, Louisiana, to Mobile Bay, Alabama. The total surface area of Mississippi Sound is approximately 500,000 acres; 25 percent is classified as nearshore habitat, less than 6.5 feet deep, and 75 percent as offshore habitat.
