Ran 2 charters on Saturday - Sunday cancelled due to winds. In the morning, I had return client David Cammarata and crew on a 5 hr striped bass charter. We started in an area we had them last week, but could not find a bite on the troll. We switched over to Tog and caught our 6-man limit. With about an hour left in the trip, we drifted live-bait closer to home going 3 for 5. A tough day fishing, but the guys worked their asses off.
In the afternoon, I had new client Alex Beaver, his twin brother, and son on a 5hr striped bass charter. This was the twin's 70th birthday gift and we got right on the bass with live bait. After catching our 4 tagged fish, we switched over to Tog. The guys worked hard to put 3 keepers in the boat. We had some time left and hit a few backwater spots for catch/release action on bass to 24 inches. Nice job by the crew!!
