OFFSHORE- Slim reports from offshore this week thanks to a very nasty ocean.  Last weekend saw some good action before the ocean really started to pick up.  Dolphin reports remain solid, and conditions do look good going into the weekend for them to bite again.  Depth continues to bounce around, and NW winds could push them offshore a bit.  With that said; look for the dolphin to bite in 250-500' of water.  Trolling small ballyhoo, bonita strips, and squid will be the ba [...]
