We fished early today with Hout Ly of Darien and his brother Tony, a Boston resident, and their dad, Seng Ly from Portsmouth,  New Hampshire. The conditions were perfect, and everyone caught sea bass, porgies, striped bass, and bluefish–many keepers among them.
