Regular report readers are going to catch on quick this week...just wasn't a whole lot going on! Hoping things shake up a little bit headed into the weekend. OFFSHORE- The one nice thing I can say headed into the weekend (especially for this time of year!) is that the forecast is looking pretty nice. SE may not be the greatest wind direction this t...

OFFSHORE- The sailfish bite quietly kind of went off this week. Despite relatively calm (by no means "ideal") seas and light wind the sailfish snapped up and down the line. Seemed like it was a decent body of fish from the Lake Worth Pier up to Jupiter Inlet. Best depth on the sails has bounced from 100-200ish depending on current and conditions. N...

Looks like a tough week for the fair-weather anglers. It looks like Saturday holds some promise weather wise so hopefully that holds true. The rains and winds may activate some culverts for those willing to brave the elements. There have been plenty of Jack Crevalle in the IRL terrorizing schools of bait and crashing topwater… The post 4-12-23 app...

First Things First...Happy Thanksgiving Everyone! Shop is closed today; back open tomorrow 6am-6pm for our biggest sale of the year (Details Below!) OFFSHORE- Pretty nice looking forecast coming up this long holiday weekend. Offshore reports have been a bit slow the beginning part of the week (weather didn't allow too many people out the inlet) but...

OFFSHORE- Fishing offshore last weekend and the very first part of the week before the weather blew up remained very good. Dolphin reports remained strong with a good number of fish being caught in 300-500' of water. Trolling smaller baits remains the best way to go for the dolphin. If the weather allows this weekend (It's a solid maybe at this poi...

OFFSHORE- It's by no means a perfect forecast offshore this weekend; but it's a lot better than what we have been dealing with (Notice I threw Monday in on the weather report...it actually waits till after the weekend to really blow up!). This week has seen nicer conditions and more boats have been making it out the inlet for sure. Good dolphin fis...

OFFSHORE- Looks like another blowout coming up this weekend. Minus a little weather window early in the week (Monday afternoon/Tuesday) the ocean hasn't really let anybody offshore. A few scattered dolphin for those that did make it out along with a few scattered kingfish. Did see a couple nice cobia caught out of Jupiter. I'd love to tell you more...

There’s been a touch of cooler air in the mornings a signal that Fall is coming. There’s still plenty of mullet inside and Seatrout catches have been solid. Fish the spoil islands with paddle tail soft plastics twitch baits or even topwater plugs early for success. Redfish have also been more frequent along the shorelines … The post 10-11-23 appea...

OFFSHORE- Little on the tough side offshore this week. A few decent dolphin reports; but for the most part it took a lot of work to find them. For the most part on the dolphin it's classic summertime patterns...in other words get ready to burn some gas and go find them. It's the time of year that you may find the dolphin in 200' one day and 1300' t...

OFFSHORE- Sailfish bite was good this week. Only two boats chose to fish the first day of the Sailfish Gold Cup; catching 11 and 6 respectively. Expect the sailfish numbers on Thursday to be good as a bulk of the field gets after it! The Gold cup draws both live and dead bait anglers; so expect somebody to catch them somewhere tomorrow! Good dolphi...

OFFSHORE- No reports from offshore this week to speak of and not looking good going into the weekend (see below...YIKES!). A fair number of dolphin around last weekend before conditions deteriorated. Sailfish action also was pretty consistent. Snapper reports also remained strong before the wind set in. Probably not worth trying to push it offshore...

OFFSHORE- Some good dolphin fishing over the past week with some good size fish around. Depth reports bounced around a bit but 150-300' was fairly good this week. Trolling bonita strips and squid has been a solid way to go for the dolphin. Sailfish action has started to heat up; with most boats putting in some effort getting at least a few chances....

OFFSHORE- Slim reports from offshore this week thanks to a very nasty ocean. Last weekend saw some good action before the ocean really started to pick up. Dolphin reports remain solid and conditions do look good going into the weekend for them to bite again. Depth continues to bounce around and NW winds could push them offshore a bit. With that sai...

OFFSHORE- Dolphin reports were good again this week. The pattern continues of smaller packs of fish but the average size has been a little better. For the most parts the dolphin have been in pretty open water; so trolling and covering water has been the name of the game. Trolling lures (small jetheads) and baits (Squid and bonita strips) that let y...

OFFSHORE- Not a lot of reports offshore this week (the usual suspects...weather time of year etc) but those making it out did find a nice mixed bag of action. Pretty solid dolphin reports in 700-1000' of water from Palm Beach up to Jupiter Inlet. Most of the dolphin have been on the smaller side with 3-5lbs being about the average but overall good...

OFFSHORE- Overall good fishing continues offshore; with a nice mixed bag of species around. Sailfish action slowed a bit this week; but overall remains very consistent. Forecast this weekend looks good for the smaller boat crowd to get a chance to get out and put the kites up. Sailfish will no doubt be in the mix: But don't be surprised to see a ni...

Offshore fishing has turned on with several good options. The Mangrove Snapper bite in 80′ of water has been solid and Kingfish have been active in the same depth. For those anglers seeking Dolphin or Sailfish live bait in the 130′ range has been the ticket. The Snook bite in the inlets has been hit… The post 5-10-23 appeared first on White’s Tack...

Some tough winds are going to make fishing offshore and in the surf pretty tough for several days. The good news is that inshore fishing has been pretty good. Snook continue to inhabit the flats and shorelines with some real quality fish around. Live baiters have been able to find plenty of bait such as… The post 4-10-24 appeared first on White’s...

Things are calming down after the heavy winds of the last few days hopefully leading to some cleaner calmer surf. Spanish Mackerel have been active in the inlets with spoons and metals doing most of the work. Offshore Sailfish have been active in 200′ of water boding well for the Pelican going on now. Inshore … The post 1-10-23 appeared first on W...
