The best time for Striper Fishing in Texas is NOW! Lake Texoma Striper Fishing is very good to silly great year round! We just got done with our Spring Break season and had a great week catching Striper on Live Bait and Lures! Had 3 lure trips and two live bait trips with nice fish caught on all outings!
March is more of a Lure month, and our water is still cold. Slow rolling swimbaits and A-Rigs in 20 feet of water will do the trick! If the sun warmed up the rocks, try shallow (5 feet) threadfin shad love the warmer water!
