Nice flat water for our afternoon halibut trip. Went down the coast where the halibut had been biting and trolled. No takers! Went to a Capitola reef and picked up some blue rockfish. Nice weather today for our local rockfish trip. Was slow at first then after an hour or so the bite went wide open! Lost a few lings in the melee too 🙁 Came home with five limits of blues and olives.
