Was casting my favorite bucktail and it only took about 15 minutes 2 hookup. I could tell it was a bigger fish as it was taking line from the start. My family and I were at sister-in-laws for an early 4th of July party. My 5 year old girl first fish this year was a little bass caught on her pink Barbie pole and Gulp Alive minnow. I think her sequined skirt helped. We had a lot of fun today but she is still 5. She loves catching fish. It's the whole fishing thing that's still hard for her.
