By boat where can you buy minnows in Canada near the Belle river??

wondering if it would be better to fish for muskie on the canadian side monday or will it not matter where? Figured they wouldn't care as much about our july 4th but could be wrong.

Im wanting to know if all I need is a Canadian fishing license to fish the Canada side? Im launching from the US and entering Canada to fish. Not wanting to be fined or sitting in a french jail.

Went out at Crocker in am caught 5 in 10fow on BB and orange/pearl spinner. Tried 12-14fow first ended up in 10fow same place as 2 weeks ago where I got my limit. Water temp 75 degrees
