The team at Jones’s Tackle has had some great trips recently. Jack’s been back home to the Townsville region and Lyn Neil and Steve have been out and around from Brisbane to Hervey Bay. Here’s a few pics from those adventures.

The Gold Coast delivered perfect weather conditions for the Garmin Blue Marlin Classic. With 30 boats and 120 anglers competing Watchdog took the prize for 'Heaviest Fish Other Species' raising a 20.3kg Mahi Mahi and 'Champion Female Angler' Runner Up. A fantastic crew and enthusiastic anglers made for the perfect weekend.

Not a lot of fish today but some good quality Sampson fish hitting the deck. These fish fight hard and are one of the toughest fighting fish pound for pound. Cheers lads great fight...29/10/2016
