We started out today with some fun Yellowtail fishing. Once everybody tagged what they wanted we spent the rest of the day trying for grouper. We managed several nice ones on heavy gear and big baits.

We departed yesterday on our annual Fujimoto 8 day trip. We made a stop by North Island to do a quick memorial. Keith said some nice words made a toast and everyone scattered some flowers. Right after that we got rolling south. This is the 30th anniversary for this trip aboard the Royal Polaris.

Fun night of fishing last night. Everybody had an opportunity at some nice Bluefin. They were anywhere from 40-150 pounds. We are trying the same area today.

Got into the bluefin zone this afternoon. We had a great start giving everybody a good shot at some nice bluefin. Most fish were 25-40 pounds and several any where from 50-80. We will be in the zone trying for trophies tonight.

Today was a nice flat calm day of travel. We were even able to make a couple stops on some fun school sized yellowfin tuna to break up the ride. We will be in the bluefin zone tomorrow afternoon.

We fished half a day at the rocks and picked up a couple handfuls of wahoo. Our weather is beautiful and we are currently working up to put ourselves in position to finish with bluefin.

We had a great morning of yellowfin tuna fishing in beautiful weather. The fish weighed 18-30 pounds. Once we were done with tuna we spent the rest of the day trying for wahoo and grouper. We picked up one wahoo and a few grouper. We will be out at the rocks trying for wahoo tomorrow.…

We enjoyed an awesome day of yellowtail fishing in beautiful weather. The grade of yellowtail was outstanding with most of the fish weighing 25-30 pounds. We also caught some yellowfin tuna dorado and bluefin tuna. With plenty of yellowtail aboard we will be trying for yellowfin tuna and grouper tomorrow.
