We enjoyed a nice day of fishing on the beach. We picked up 46 white sea bass from 12-25 pounds a couple handfuls of 8 -14 pound yellowtail a couple halibut and some bass. Our weather was beautiful and we will be traveling up the coast tomorrow.

We had a nice morning but a slow afternoon. The grade was similar to yesterday with the majority of fish weighing 10-14 pounds. We had a shooter at daylight where we picked up one halibut and a couple handfuls of standout yellowtail. We’ll be on the beach tomorrow fishing our way up.

(9/4) We spent that day yellowtail fishing in breezy conditions. Our morning started off a little slow but we had a good shot late to finish our day. The majority of yellowtail weighed 10-14 pounds with the occasional standout.

(9/3) We picked up some more yellowfin tuna a couple more wahoo and some dorado. Our weather has changed and the wind is up. With everyone tagging what they wanted on tuna we will now be working up the beach trying for yellowtail.

We spent the day traveling down in beautiful weather. After a fishing seminar in the morning the crew spent the rest of the day helping passengers get set up for the fishing to come.

We spent the day fishing our way up the coastline. The morning started out with an excellent shot at some pargo. As we fished our way up we collected a few more yellowtail. Tomorrow we will be working our way up the line.

Today we rolled into the rocks just after breakfast. We had a few nice opportunities at wahoo and plenty of nice 20-40 pound yellowfin. We left later in the afternoon to put us in position to start fishing our way up the coast tomorrow.

We made a short stop to break up the ride and picked up some yellowtail and a few bass. Once we started rolling down again we hit a nice kelp and had some action on yellowfin tuna and dorado. We will be at the rocks tomorrow trying for wahoo.

Yesterday and yesterday evening we had good fishing for quality Bluefin Tuna anywhere from 100-170 pounds. Most had a decent shot in the dark and a few at first light. Later in the afternoon the fishing picked up again giving plenty more opportunity. We are trying again here tonight.

We loaded our group yesterday and waited at the dock for the weather to pass. Corky had a raffle where he passed out all kinds of great give always. We had really good action right after dinner on beautiful grade fish. The fish weighed anywhere from 100-180 pounds. Our weather is beautiful this morning so no need to worry.
