Board
Capt Paul Sanibel-Captiva » Its Tarpon Season in Southwest Florida with the first migrating schools pushing into the area in the last 2 weeks. These fish are big and the are hungry. Actually all sizes are being caught.

We have a nice run of Cobia and King Mackerel that have been lighting up the area, till 2 consecutive Huge fronts blew the back south. Things are warming up again winds from the south bringing some better conditions and easier fishing.

I was seeing flying fish near blue water in 40 feet a week or 2 ago, a numerous reports of Black Fin Tuna, some sailfish and even White Marlin have been spotted close in.

Most of the fleet is keying on Tarpon for the next several months. Book your Tarpon trips now! Dates are filling up fast.

Cheers and Tight Lines!
