With the Naples Pier that was first built in 1888 and the thousands of reefs and ledges that are close to the city, Naples is a great destination for fishing.

The combination of artificial and natural reefs has kept many fish species coming back to Naples. These areas are ideal for bottom fishing. You might be fortunate enough to catch many different species of Grouper and Snapper. There are also Amberjacks, Barracuda, King Mackerel and Triggerfish on the reefs.
