If you like catching 10-pound Striper on big topwater plugs in 1 foot of water, you better call Captain Steve Buckley in September.  Big Striped Bass will push threadfin shad very shallow on the sandy beaches on Lake Texoma and with some stealth, you can hang big fish!  Shhhhh be quiet Striper on Texoma are spooky!  Ease you boat into shallow water quietly and cast that big plug to the beach!  Cover the shoreline until you run into Striper!  You will find pods of 2-5 fish in several spots!
