Capt. Scooby reporting.  First rain of the new year on Toledo Bend Lake this morning was calm.  Why not try the Orange Black/Gold fly?  Rod of choice is a one piece 8 WT Mudfish (Short Flyer) 7’7” balanced out on a Orvis Mirage Reel spooled with Orvis pro floating line. Water temperature is 50 degrees.
