Offshore: No fishing report for offshore waters due to the bad weather. Winds will be South to southeasterly at 30 to 35 knots, decreasing to 25 to 30 knots in the early afternoon. Winds decreasing to 20 to 25 knots in the late evening. Seas are 3-4m with swell increasing to 3-4m during the day.
Noosa: Flathead, bream, giant trevally and whiting in the lower river. Grunter and flathead along Tewantin stretch. Mangrove jack and trevally in Noosa Sound and in Woods Bay area. Mud crabs throughout the river.
Maroochydore: Flathead and bream from Chambers Island. Good catches of whiting and bream in the lower river. Mangrove jack, cod and trevally in the creeks and around structures in the system. Mud crabs throughout the river.
Mooloolaba: Big flathead around the Twin bridges. Whiting and bream from the La Balsa sand basin. Mangrove jack from the bridges and snaggy areas of the river. Mud crabs in the canals and lower river.
Caloundra: Whiting and bream in Currimundi Lake. Flathead, bream and whiting along Golden Beach. Cod and trevally in Pelican waters. Mud crabs throughout the passage and in the creeks.
