Hooking Up Anglers Since 2011.
Starting the day was a little concerning with 35 degree temps and 20-25mph winds here in palm coast, myself and anglers Terry and Kent hopped in the skiff and hoped for the best. It was a bumpy cold ride to the first spot, but things quickly started to warm up as we quickly found a few reds hiding in a hole on a negative low tide. Bouncing around to a few different areas we managed a handful of redfish. As the tide rose I had our next spot in mind a small spot that I have seen redfish school up in, on cold windy days, and i’m sure glad I made the call to hit this spot as it was loaded up with nice reds. On Kents first cast he was rewarded with a nice fish seconds after his bait hit the water.
Lots of doubles and 25+ fish later we decided to make a move and give that spot a break, heading south I had one last spot in mind. The day prior I had seen lots of fish schooled up in a little trough in some very clean water. We pulled a half dozen or so fish out of this spot and ended a great day of fishing with a with one last double hookup for Terry and Kent, awesome job guys can’t wait to do it again!
