The year seems to have flown by, tomorrow is Thanksgiving. There has been allot of great days and very few not so good. This is my 25th year of guiding and I still love waking up at 4 a.m. and driving almost 2 hours to Flamingo. I enjoy it just like every other fishing guide I know.
This last weekend I fish with Joe Garcia, his wife Naomi and their friends Mo and Tom, It was a day everyone felt the same way. Joe did some guiding years ago and got exited on every fish he and the others caught. This makes the day go by very quick because there is plenty of good conversation along with a good bite.
We only fished 5 hours, but we caught Snook, Trout, Goliath, Jacks, Snapper and allot of Ladyfish. We found some small Tarpon which we couldn’t get a Weedless NLBN to. Great day with great guest makes my day!
On the way in I noticed some free jumping Tarpon which I fished the following day. It looks like an early Tarpon season If we don’t get a big cold front and moves them out. Im ready hope my readers are as well
