Only had a couple of hours to fish today, so off we went with Capt. Gary and Jack.
Took a sheepshead, then a smallmouth setting up, followed by a couple of silver
bass.

Had the 30 jet go hard in 55 fow, thought for a minute we had hooked bottom, but
instead had a nice, fat brown trout....pushing 10lbs!

Kind of cool for Jack as he landed a brown this spring on Lake Ontario,
and now one on Lake Erie! Had another heavy fish on, but we dropped that
before we had to quit.

Weather permitting, we go again in the morning.....
