day.  Got Gerb and Jack and headed out to see about catching a few walleye for
dinner.  Late leisurely start....first rod in the water about 9:45.

Took one right off the bat on a 10 color with a 3" chatterstick, tipped with a
piece of worm.   Ended up putting 4 in the box, dropped 3 more plus a laker, small
steelie and the usual assortment of silver bass and sheep.    Not too bad for
a little over 3.5 hours of fishing.....

                       

Seemed like it was a pretty slow bite overall, and the norm was about 5 eyes.  
It has settled out a bit, but we need a few more days of southwest to get these
down temps back in line.   Lots of fish on the graph still....which is good.

Our bite today was chattersticks.   We had 6 of the 7 walleye, plus the laker
go on the 3"....mostly black and silver.   Spread out over everything....125 and
150 big slides, 30 jet at 150; 40 jet at 175 and the ten color.    Steelhead came
on the watermelon contender spoon.     90-100 fow was our best.......
