Will I only be allowed to legally catch one halibut in Alaska during the summer of 2013? Alaska halibut limits has been the topic of discussion among Alaska Charter Operators and clients for the last several years. The reason for these questions about Alaska halibut limits has to do with an ongoing allocation battle between the commercial and the charter fishing industries.
