What a great week of fishing.....night fishing for big trout is on.....catching them on ED lures ( Eddie Douglas) and plastics.  Fish are moving around each day so it is hard to stay on them.  Most fish are being caught over mud and shell.  We have found out the as you hop that plastic over the shell you may hang up for a second and as soon as you pop it off that shell that good ole trout thumps it for you.....using 1/4 oz to 3/8 oz lead heads by Kelley Wiggler along with the Lagunaflage balltails.  Great bait for winter fishing at this time in Matagorda Bay.  My partner Capt. Floyd Ciruti caught this 8lb.  28 in. trophy trout while we were night fishing this week.  We had several great fish that night and left them biting.
