Guntersville FIshing Charter August 12th Guntersville bass fishing report
The humidity is dropping and the days are getting shorter. What does that mean? Bites and lots of them. This is when we catch the highest number of fish all year long. I had 3 groups of clients this week and we caught 35 to 50 bass on half day trips with our best 5 ranging from 16-19lbs per day. You can catch them in any depth at the moment but the numbers of fish are being caught roaming around chasing shad. The best baits are spoons and crankbaits for numbers. To catch the bigger fish punching is a great option. If you would like to fish with a USCG licensed captain call 256-744-5185.
