We put together a decent day on 50-150 pound bluefin tuna in beautiful weather. TEAM RP

We spent half a day catching some good grade yellowtail and grouper in beautiful weather. We are currently working up to get into position to finish with bluefin. TEAM RP

We got back on track today and had a good day of yellowfin tuna fishing. The fish weighed 60-80 pounds and were very aggressive. We only found one kelp that had some wahoo and landed two and had a few others get away. TEAM RP

We stopped on good fish most of the day but only had a few bites. We landed one bluefin around 150 pounds and released some yellowfin. We will be kelping for wahoo tomorrow. TEAM RP

We were able to keep the ball rolling and had an awesome night of bluefin tuna fishing. The fish weighed 150-290 pounds with quite a few in the 180’s to low 200’s. The largest bluefin of the night was caught by John Collins and weighed in at 290 pounds. TEAM RP

We picked up this morning where we left off last night and enjoyed an excellent morning of yellowtail fishing. We then took off for the bluefin area and caught a few trophies before dark. Hoping for some night time action. TEAM RP

Covered some ground today but ended up getting on some yellowtail late in the day and had decent action. We will be in yellowtail mode again tomorrow. TEAM RP

We spent last night and today targeting good grade bluefin tuna and yellowfin tuna. We ended up putting a decent score together on 80-170 pound bluefin and 35-80 pound yellowfin. We will be shifting gears and trying for yellowtail tomorrow. TEAM RP

We got off to an awesome start today and enjoyed good fishing on yellowfin tuna from 35-80 pounds. We also picked up a couple bluefin. One weighed 160 and the other 191 pounds. TEAM RP

We departed this morning on our Phenix rods sponsored 10 day trip. Yesterday we departed on the Yamada 3 Day! We traveled all day yesterday and began fishing first thing this morning. Last night we were able to manage a couple more nice Bluefin Tuna before making our way towards home. We are traveling all day today and I’ll be in tomorrow by 04:00. All in all it has been a great four day trip making memories of a lifetime. TEAM RP

After an action packed night of jigging Bluefin we fished the same area hoping for similar results in the day time. Things were a lot slower today but we still managed some nice Bluefin and Yellowfin first thing in the morning and later in the afternoon.

Some excellent Bluefin Tuna fishing to be had last night! Aside from a two hour lull in the action right after midnight we were stopping on fish all night long! They bit heavy vertical jigs very well. We are now trying for more Bluefin and Yellowfin in the same general area.

We had a great day of targeting quality Yellowfin and Bluefin tuna. We found the majority of our fish late in the afternoon and we are set in position to try tonight. TEAM RP
