Had Roger and the gang out for stripers. Got on some good action under the birds and the guys went to work despite a couple guys not fishing. Got our limit of keepers and bonus tag fish and released many more. Had regular Todd Craig back with  buddy Tommy. Got out to the tuna grounds and Todd put the boots to a nice fat 65 incher cinching the deal in half an hour. Sunday afternoon Capt Greg had George and the gang out for stripers. Found some fast moving fish but very hard to catch. Caught a bunch off one pile of blitzing fish and then the next they wouldn't sniff any of our various jigs. Kept run and gunning and put together a good catch. High hook was George with 9.

On Sunday morning Capt Greg had Kyle Miller for stripers. Slower pick on the jigs early but did what we had to do and put some fish in the boat for his dad- his first striper! Tons of boats out so we bounced around on the way home and caught a bunch more away from the boats. Guys ended up with a limit of keepers and one short of our limit of bonus...

Capt Greg and Jimmy had Nick and the Clifton boys out today for their first time striper fishing and it was one of the best bites of the year. Bass blowing bait out of the water as far as you could see. This is how fall fishing should be!!! Headed home early with a full limit of keepers and bonus tag fish. Had regular Mat Ronca back with son Max and all the boys. Had great action earlier with Brent getting his first bass ever a nice 45 incher. Got over 30 fish during morning. Made our way out this morning and netted our bait easily in the bay. Bounced around in the bunker then ran to a good jig bite and got on some good fishing. Never crazy hot and heavy but had a couple doubles and triple. Ended up with a full boat limit of keepers and bonus tag fish throwing back a bunch of lucky keeper sized bass for another day.  @y...

Capts Greg and Kenny had Kevin Barbalet and friends out today for stripers. Finally the bunker showed up and we went to work loading up the wells. Had a solid bite live lining no huge fish but some overs in the mix along with a boat limit of keepers. Got a little bouncy so we poked around in the calmer waters.  Tomorrow afternoon is still available...

Had Dan Kelly out this morning found a new batch of fish that was moving quickly and caught some there with a couple of keepers mixed in. Made a run and got on some bigger fish up to 42 on diamond jigs.

Capt Greg had Shane and friends out and it was excellent fishing from start to finish. Big stripers up to just shy of 40lbs all on casting metals and swim shads. Didn't manage to get all four guys hooked up at once but triples doubles and constant action was the norm.  Shaping up to be great fishing the whole fall and can't wait to see what happens...

Had long time regular Rich Serpe with son Nick today. Got on the stripers early and had nice pick of fish from 35-40 inches. Lot of fun on ultra light tackle! Had the Kelly family out this afternoon. Took a ride and found some excellent striper fishing - all big over sized fish. Matt caught the biggest which was 48 and was previously tagged not bad for his first striper! Had Tom Connell and the boys out today. Started out with a dozen mahi not much happening with tuna so did a tile drift to spice up the box with close to 20. Shifted to tuna and got into a nice jig bite had to weed through the skippies but landed yellows to 60lbs and broke off way too many.

Had regular Todd Craig with buddies today plan was to run for tuna/mahis but mother nature had other plans. Switched boats and did an exploratory Striper trip on the 31FA. Found some stripers and will hopefully start seeing some better quantity in the coming weeks. Give us a call to get your fall striper dates on the books!

Capt Greg and Shane had a double today. Left in the dark this morning and were first on the fish breaking under birds with 3-4 on right off the bat. Fish were under the birds swirling for miles. Action slowed once every boat in NJ showed up but still picked away. Biggest fish went approx 40   -- Greg DeMello 201-421-8653

Day 2 in Paradise. Started off with a bang getting 2 nice wahoo. Got on the reef for a drift and got muttons strawberry groupers cudas until the sharks showed up and they were hungry. In the afternoon we put away the fishing gear and got out the snorkel gear and look for lobster and that worked out well and we had ourselves set up for a great dinn...
