OFFSHORE-  A combination of less than ideal ocean conditions and a holiday weekend coming up has kept offshore reports to a minimum this week.  Those making it out have still been finding a fair amount of dolphin.  Most of the dolphin have been on the smaller side, with the better catches coming farther offshore.  East/Southeast winds in the forecast for the weekend though could help push the dolphin in a little closer.  Blackfin tuna action remains good in 200-300' of w [...]
