Hooking Up Anglers Since 2011.
Orange Beach has long been known as the Red Snapper Capital of the World. With thousands of artificial reefs nearshore providing some of the best bottom fishing in the world, and excellent inshore and offshore fishing, Orange Beach, Alabama is one of the top fishing destinations worldwide.
With one of the largest artificial reef systems in the world, Orange Beach provides legendary nearshore fishing action. Bottom fishing and trolling around these reefs will produce good catches of a variety of reef fish, including Red Snapper, Mangrove Snapper (Black Snapper), Lane Snapper, Vermillion Snapper, Gag Grouper, Red Grouper, King Mackerel, Amberjacks, Barracuda, and Sharks.
Inshore fishing around Orange Beach provides excellent Redfish fishing nearly year round. The Speckled Trout fishing is also great a good portion of the year, with the highlight being in the fall. Black Drum, Bluefish, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Tripletail are also some of the most targeted species of fish in the bay and close to shore.
Offshore fishing Orange Beach can produce Blackfin, Bonito, and Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, and Dolphin (Mahi-mahi). For longer trips, there are also Blue Marlin in the Spring and Summer. There is also good White Marlin fishing between August and October.
