It was a banner opening day for flounder!!   The keeper/throwback ratio was outstanding.  Despite less than optimal conditions – the tide was off and we had an east/southeast wind – it was very productive.  This should indicate an excellent 2013 season!   We also weighed in 5 & 6 pound weakfish and some beautiful stripers.
