King Mackerel and Fat Alberts Still Biting

After the freeze, several boats got out to fish and good catches of King Mackerel are still being caught. One boat had several big Kings, with a couple around 40 pounds. The cold front seemed to push them further offshore. The False Albacore are still thick.

Wasabi Sport Fishing had a good day this week with a limit of Yellowfin Tuna, Blackfin Tuna, and Dolphin (Mahi-mahi). There was also a report of a recreational sized Bluefin tuna caught by a charter boat recently, so they might be some good tuna fishing around.

Off the docks, you can still catch Striped Bass and some mullet are still in the creeks. The Speckled Trout bite should also continue.
