Guntersville is getting better and better as the water gets warmer. It's taking over 25 pounds to compete in the weekend tournaments and over 18 pounds to win the 3 fish afternoon tournaments. I did 3 guide trips this week and the fishing was spectacular. On 5 hour trips we are landing about 20 fish with several really big fish mixed in. When the current is moving the deep river ledges are the best pattern using a hair jig or spoon. When the water is still the grass on the outside of the river bar is producing using a big worm.
