I have been slack on posting reports since I have not been personally running trips and the advent of social media which seems to have replace those who would actually go to our website to see what is going on.

so here is the report:
Awesome tarpon bite this year.....but you probably missed it. Last week large numbers of tarpon were reported in the ocean between Cape Lookout and Beaufort Inlet. Were these our tarpon leaving the sound on this nor'easter and full moon? Could be. There is a tarpon tournament today on the Neuse and they are seeing a few in tough conditions, so they are not all gone, but I think a lot have left.
The big drum fishing has completely fired off, perhaps a month early, again triggered by this full moon and nor'easter.
Mixed bag fishing is insane with pups, trout, black drum and sheepshead.
