On the 31 Capt Greg and Shane had Rod and sons out for stripers in the morning. Bunker was tough to net but once we got it steadily picked all morning. Boxed our limit and released a bunch more

In the afternoon on the 31 had Drew Carlson and the guys out and despite the slower start landed on a good bite in the middle of the trip which ended with a bang running thru all of our baits and leaving them biting. Great trip with first time live

Had Dan and John Pilliteri back for there annual trip. Got our bait and off we went. John got us started with the biggest fish of the day at 36 inches that had to go back. After that was a slow pick for us. Slow fishing but a gorgeous day out.

In the afternoon had the Craig Service Group out and landed on a nice pile of stripers. Fished until we ran out of bait and were able to beat the rain in with a box of keepers and many releases thanks guys! 

I've seen a major decline in the numbers of  stripers in the last five years. This year is  particularly bad. The facts don't lie.  I looked back at my logs over the last five years to see what my numbers were each year up to

This afternoon we had Bob Joyce back after many years- welcome back! The bite was not hot and heavy but we picked and plucked to get our limit and sent the guys home with fillets. 

This morning Capt Greg and Rich had our Bruce and the guys for their annual spring trip. Had great fishing boxing our limit and catching an even 30 fish and heading home early due to sore arms! 

Had regular Mat Ronca back with son Max and all the boys. Had great action earlier with Brent getting his first bass ever a nice 45 incher. Got over 30 fish during morning. Ended the day with a liveline/bunker spoon bite. @yamahaoutboards | @garminma

 I just love fishing in rough water and there's been plenty of it in the last month with all the big blows that have been occurring. Those big winds especially those right in your teeth generate a lot of white water and a moving surf.
