May 15 2012 Fishing Report

We have just had our first two clients of the season show up and fish for three days with us and sadly the fishing was not as awesome as we would have liked. The weather did not cooperate for the first two days and the water temperature is unseasonably cold for this time of the year. The guys did catch a couple Halibut on the smallish side and some good eating Pacific Cod. On a good note though we have noticed whales hanging around our area quite a lot lately and the herring runs have come in very strong over the last several days. We are certain that the fishing is about to turn on and get our season rocking. Captain James
