Fishing Report for Tues Oct 6th

WE ARE OPEN 24/7!
THE END IS OPEN!!
The end of the pier has been repaired and is open once again. All of the lights are fixed except 1; he ran out of daylight right after he found the problem spot. It should get fixed tomorrow,

The caught a decent amount of Spot earlier today on the incoming tide, and we had a bunch of under-sized Speckled Trout. They were also getting those annoying Pinfish, some guppy-sized Roundhead, and 2 "keeper-sized" Puppy Drum (though the Drum were not kept). Someone confused the Red Drum regulation with Striped Bass, and convinced the guy who caught them to return them to the water. Sadly, no one managed to stop him in time to prevent the travesty. :o( )

Not much is going on on the outgoing tide so far; we'll have to wait and see what happens. The next tide will start in about 1am and be high around 6am tomorrow. Overnight, please call 757-481-7071 for an update.
