Fall is officially here and it is such a great time to live on the Texas Coast! Fishing is great, and flounder gigging is awesome. Right now, giant Bull Reds are being caught along the Galveston Jetties. Speckled Trout, Redfish and Flounder are being caught in great numbers in Galveston Bay and the Backlakes. Giant Flounder are moving into the shallows which makes our Texas Flounder Gigging second to none.
Shorter days, cooler air temps and falling water temps is a great combination to kick off the Fall along the Galveston Coast.
