Week of December 5th - 11th 2016

Here it is almost mid December and we have once again had a pretty steady week. Not a lot of boats out on the water but those that were out there were having some fun for sure. On Thursday we made a trip out to Finger Bank on our amazing 33 ft. Mag Bay center console and our customers were nicely rewarded with a nice 275 lb. Yellow fin Tuna. It was a hard battle that lasted more than 4 hours, and meanwhile the Striped Marlin's were all over the place. What do you do, keep up the fight to land the Tuna of course. I guess it was quite the trip.

Also on Thursday there was some fun had by two different groups fighting a couple of Thresher Sharks, which can be exciting as well. One of them was described as being so long, now remember the tail of a Thresher Shark can sometimes be the same length as the shark itself so, they look really long. Just the same had fun bringing them to the boat for release.

We ended the week on a high note on Saturday our "Picante 45" came back with 7 flags a flying for catching and releasing 7 striped marlin. Must have been because he had 7 people on board, so one each.

Once again a great week of Sport Fishing here in Cabo, lots of fun was had by all those that did participate.
