Outer Banks fishing report 8/24/2017: Today on the surf with the conditions we have it has mainly been bottom fish, spot, croaker, nice size kingfish, and few flounder. Water temp in Duck is 76 degrees. Next high tide is at 9:12pm. Winds are 15-20 knots out of the NE.
