Outer Banks Fishing Report 8/17/2017: This morning we are catching a lot of good size kingfish, spot, croaker, bluefish, and few flounder. Water temp in Duck is 79 degrees. Winds are ENE at 3 knots. Next high tide is at 3:18pm.
