Good afternoon. Today was an epic day for weather and waves here on the island. Tomorrow the winds will be stronger... up to 24 mph from the NE. The waves are from hurricane Irma and will continue for the next few days. 6' at 13 seconds is over head high. Please do not go swimming. People said that Shelly Island was gorgeous today and there are reports of Spanish Mackerel and Blue fish being caught. Have a great day.
