SHARKS!!! Shallow Water Monsters of Key West

February 23rd 2018 – We Do Sharks.. In the winds from last week our Key West shark fishing was pretty damn good. With the warmer temps the big bulls, lemons and black tips are making their way to the flats. I feel like the bulls are getting ready to spawn which is a great way to get on some good sized sharks. This will continue for another 3 months. After the bulls spawn then the nurse sharks and lemons do their thing. Thats when the bull sharks stick around for tarpon season for the Feast. We offer a signature fishing charter called the Shallow Water Monsters shark fishing tour here at Dream Catcher Charters. Its our shark fishing trip. This time of the year is a great time to go. We found that there are many folks who love to fish with us and catch sharks so I put together a charter back in 2003 that specialized in this. This is a backcountry fishing charter where the waters are calm, clear and shallow. We use our 24 ft bay boats for this and can take groups numbering up to 4.
