We have been blessed with amazing weather, incredible fishing and really fun folks to fish with. It looks like January will be no different for us. The Backcountry Fishing Report These last few weeks has held some great fishing in the backcountry. There is lots going on in the shallows with the cooler weather finally settling in keeping our water temps perfect with a hint of summer during the top of the days. This type of weather pattern really appeals to many of the species we fish for here in Key West. Nice catches of sea trout like these are a daily occurance here on our trips at Dream Catcher Charters. Many catches of lady fish, big jacks, pompano, mangrove snapper, mutton snapper, barracudas, bluefish, Spanish mackerel and Trout have been reported daily.
