CONDITIONS:: Park is open 24/7/365. All Park facilities are open. Witchers Cove Boat Ramp open Friday through Sunday. Regular afternoon rain has made things green but the mosquito’s have been particularly ferocious. Don’t forget your spray we have been running out occasionally. Even the bugs are buying it. No joke it has been bad!

WATER FLOW:   IN 426  CFS    OUT: 573 CFS Water Temp 61

MARINA STORE AND LAKE SPECIALISTS: Camping, Fishing, Flies, Lures, Bait, Clothing, Food, Snacks, Drinks, Ice Cream and more.  Stop in and check out our offerings and get the latest fishing information.  We have a great store with great selection of what works.  Support the fishing report... Shop our store here at the lake. Stop in and find out how we can help you catch. Get a topo map. They say information is power. It's also critical to catching fish. The maps have GPS coordinates on them so you just can't miss. We want you to be successful here at the Mile. Get a map we will mark it up with the hot spots.

LEAD CORE TROLLING RIGS catch more fish. Let us show you how. Combo’s fully rigged with lead line and leader ready to catch starting at $129.00.. Lead core with a Tas can’t be beat. Buy a rig this weekend get a free Tasmanian devil.

POWER BAIT: New Flavor just came out. Find it at 11 Mile Marina almost exclusively.. Sold out… will be getting 12 more jars Friday. Be one of the first on the shore with new Bumble Bee Power Bait!.

TROUT: GOOD: Lots of fish being caught. Mostly Cuttbows running 14 to 15 inches. Fish running 16 to 20 plus inches still being landed but the numbers overall are down just a bit from the last few weeks. Trolling still remains effective although weeds are an issue on the West end in particular. Needlefish have been very productive in Brass Bikini, Nickel Bikini, FT and Pink. Tas devils just can’t miss if you choose the right pattern which can change from day to day. Y82 has done particularly well of late. Of course many other lures and patterns also produce so try your favorite. The one you have confidence in. That’s why we have tackle boxes. Bite times vary. Fish are suspended. Shore anglers like the 11 Mile Night Crawler Mallow Sandwich. Power Bait in garlic and salmon peach seem to be the best but many other flavors work. Don’t forget Pautske Salmon Eggs always a favorite of big fish.

KOKANEE SALMON:POOR: Bite has dropped off for most. Don’t confuse small Trout for salmon as some have done. We just have not been able to score of late. You can find them straight out from the Marina in 60 feet of water but you can’t get them to bite accept for one here and there no matter what you try.

NORTHERN PIKE: FAIR: Fish being caught but it is certainly not gang busters. Work the rocks or the weed lines 25 feet of water or less. Husky Jerks, big spoons and other stick bait in addition to Trout patterned swim baits have done well. Bite times vary look to mid morning to early afternoon. For the most part mostly smaller fish and lots of work for them.

SPECIAL NOTE: 11 Mile Marina is located at the North Shore in Eleven Mile State Park, Lake George Colorado. A CPW Park Pass is required on all vehicles entering the Park.  Any fees for Guide/Outfitter/Rental services do not include Park fees, CO fishing license or gratuities.

The WEEKLY FISHING Report is produced by fishermen for fishermen. We try to get it done every Thursday but some times fishing or life gets in the way. So if its not there on Thursday morning it will show up by Friday. We appreciate all the support and acknowledge that many of you won't miss a week. Many Thanks. Oh and by the way there may not always be a  fish  pic.

Reservations and payments taken over the phone and purchases on line via credit card are secure.
