Two of the hottest months of the year did not let us down! Although the crappie bite was fair while fishing with live minnows in 12ft-18ft brushpiles, the bass fishing was much better! The bass stayed active in 6ft-12ft. Crankbaits and plum Texas Rig worms did the trick! Now it’s time for the fall bite!
