The Summer fishery has begun with the start of Summer.   Plenty of pinhead craokers are showing up in numbers make sure to take out small hooks.  They will provide plenty of action also in the surf kingfish and perch along with occasional blues have been doing well.  There was a 5 pound flounder caught yesterday but the flounder bite has been hit and miss.  The tuna are starting to show up ib numbers.  We are the weighmaster for the MSSA tuna tournament which will be going on this weekend until Sunday.  We hope everyone is having a great Summer.  Tight Lines!

This 36" shark was caught last Thursday by Steve Letavic, Elizabethtown, Pa., in the East Side Channel using a fish finder rig, circle hook, and a big piece of Mackerel. His helper, Jan Garber from Washington Boro, Pa. is ready to release it as his daughter Erin looks on. Jan also caught a ray there Friday

Monday morning Scot, Paul and son Chris had a pretty good day fishing for flounder. Some out them were lit up so we’re hoping that catches will be improving.
