Muskie Season Opening Tournament

Well the muskie season opened with a bang!
It was awesome weather and some great fishing to be had!
We headed out for the south end of the lake and dropped in the lines. It wasn't much more than an hour and we had our first muskie in the boat. It was just the start of a excelent day of fishing. We trolled the south end of the lake and caught quite a few muskies, with a few double headers. We then started trolling back where we had started and when we got there it was gang busters for an hour or so, with another double header. We ended up going 17 muskies boated for 21 muskies hooked. We also had boated 2 pike and a small mouth bass.
All in all it was a long day of fishing that proved to be extremely successfull!
It showed that there will be a great fishing season ahead of us this year!
