Fished again with Mike on Monday at Montauk. Finally, the fish started to chew like they usually do there. We started off the day with good albie action and we released around ten on the fly. We slid down the beach and came across striper blitzes the rest of the day and Mike caught a bunch of bass on the fly. He also caught some blues to round out his northeast slam on the fly. It wasn't epic like it can be and we had to work at it but it was very good. We finally were able to put up numbers like we normally do this time of year up there.
